By accessing and using Chivrealfloxarix wardrobe consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Chivrealfloxarix provides wardrobe consultation services including wardrobe audits, virtual consultations, and style guidance. All services are provided on an as-is basis and are subject to availability.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their style preferences, body measurements, and wardrobe needs. Clients should arrive on time for appointments and come prepared with their wardrobe items when applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content, including style guides, recommendations, and consultation materials provided by Chivrealfloxarix, are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

Informal Resolution: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to participate in mediation before a mutually agreed mediator
Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be conducted in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in the Applicable Law section

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States.

If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction, while these Terms remain governed by Pennsylvania law.
